Ben C – Principal, Project Delivery

‘To be successful in my role as Project Manager I analysed the areas that Clients and the Company were being let down in. Where could I make the difference? What was going to bring the greatest value to the people I serve on an hourly basis? I consider the top stones of successful project management as being Commitment to Client and Stakeholder satisfaction, Keeping projects on schedule (timing) and budget control.’

‘My role in accounts looks a lot different to what is did when I started with Acacia Projects in 2015 given the shift from a traditional thinking fit out company to a progressive forward thinking power house. Always looking for ways to be more efficient and track/control costs with our projects, I have worked closely with the project delivery team creating systems and processes as well as handling the fundamentals – managing the key roles and responsibilities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, and maintaining financial controls.’
